We want you to capture every moment perfectly with your Hohem iSteady Mobile+ 2024. If you are not completely satisfied with your gimbal, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the iSteady Mobile+ gimbal, tripod, charging cable, and carrying case back into their original packaging to ensure the electronics remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
